Honduran coffee can exhibit a large range of different flavor profiles from sweet chocolaty flavors with a creamy body to citrus fruit flavors with a bright acidity and a medium body. We roast this profile to draw out deep chocolate, full body and a clean finish. 18th century European traders first introduced coffee to Honduras, and the country began to grow coffee commercially in the mid 19th century.
