臨床常用於三焦實熱、煩燥便秘、疹痢。

產品介紹：本方為祛瘀消癥之方劑、雖為婦女常用，但男子亦可使用。方中桂枝溫通血脈以行瘀滯；茯苓益心脾之氣而能滲利下行，二藥合用既能行血消瘀，又可安護胎孕，共為君藥；桃仁破血，助君藥以利化瘀消癥，用之為臣；牡丹皮，赤芍、破瘀，清熱、共為佐藥。諸藥合用，活血祛瘀、消癥化積，為臨床上化癥積之常用方。
