It gets its peppery notes from a mix of 7 Pot Primo, Carolina Reaper and Trinidad Scorpion peppers, plus a sprinkle of ghost chilli powder on top It's a super hot sauce but it puts flavour before heat. Lime juice and carrots add freshness and tang, making this an excellent hot wing sauce (mix it with melted butter for maximum enjoyment).
