After traditional primary aging in oak casks, the second maturation of this Brandy is carefully controlled by our Master Blender with the aim being a perfect balance between the Sherry casks and the intrinsic character of Monteru brandy. This brandy has a beautiful golden light brown colour and a nose bursting with complex aromas of dried
