MEXICAN ORGANIC COFFEE DECAFF Real blueberryThis Mexican Coffee comes from a cooperative of fair trade organic farmers in the Chiapas region of Mexico. Chiapas is my favorite coffee growing region and this group of 110 women and 480 men pay attention to every detail and cultivate about 1600+ hectares. The bright acidity and medium body puts this one into the well balanced category. This coffee roasted dark brings out noticeable notes of hazelnuts and cardamon.
