Its a blend of seven junmai sake with varying yeast starter methods. The resulting sake has a complex richness of junmai on the palate that emphasizes Niepoorts signature minerality along with Chartiers pursuit of fruitiness in sake. Only 1,789 bottles were produced to commemorate the founding year of Tanaka Brewing Company.
