Kisoji - Junmai - Hiyaoroshi Plum Sake The aroma is very subtleThis is a seasonal release known as hiyaorishi, pressed in the spring and matured over the summer. As a genshu (undiluted sake), every last drop is saturated with goodness. The rich aroma is full of apricot, melon and the soft sweetness of honey. The flavor that follows is well balanced with refreshing acidity. It has a smooth mouthfeel and mild finish thanks to the gentle maturing it has experienced.
