Robust stems full of flavor that can be used, but preferably finely chopped. The leaves are also nice to use as a garnish, in pickling, on pizza, in pesto, in vinegar or other oils. The variety is fast growing and freezes well. Parsley is also a real super spice and contains a lot of vitamins A, B, and C as well as calcium and iron.
