Mars Komagatake Yakushima Aging 2019 Single Malt 20251217_Inventur Diese besondere Abfüllung wurde 1983This bottling was released on the Japanese market in December 2018 and was only released by lottery. A total of only 1,140 bottles were bottled at 58% ABV. What's special about this is that the barrels were brought to the small island of Yakushima (a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1993) for maturation. The barrels spent a total of approximately three years there. The climate, with 75% humidity, gave the whisky a distinctive note of wood and cinnamon.
