Izumibashi Kimoto Kurotonbo 1800ml Sake Auf Grund des Alters vonOnly select Yamada Nishiki rice from the immediate vicinity of the brewery was used for this junmai. It is brewed using the traditional Kimoto method. This sake then remains in tanks for two years to further age. It can also be enjoyed warm at room temperature.
