In a region of over 300 wineries, 85% of which rely on mechanical harvesting, Marta Mat decided to forge her own path. Her project is based on three core principles: prime site, biodiversity, and minimal intervention. Primordium is her very first wine, receiving 95 Parker points upon release. This wine has a deep garnet color with a rich ruby rim.
